2. Our Service

GreenVolt Solar Ltd provides a free solar panel installer matching service. We are not a solar panel installer, lender, energy supplier, or government body. We match homeowners with independent, MCS-certified solar installers based on submitted property details. Any installation contract is between you and the installer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a UK resident to use our service. You must be the homeowner or have the homeowner's permission to submit a solar assessment request for the property.

4. Estimates & Savings

All savings estimates, carbon offset figures, and financial projections displayed on this Site are illustrative only and are not guaranteed. Actual results depend on your property, location, energy usage, and available government incentives. GreenVolt accepts no liability for discrepancies between estimates and actual outcomes.

5. Third-Party Installers

We vet our installer partners for MCS certification and consumer ratings, but we do not guarantee their performance. Any disputes regarding installation quality, pricing, or warranties must be resolved directly with the installer. GreenVolt acts solely as an introductory matching service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GreenVolt Solar Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenVolt Solar Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our service. Our total liability shall not exceed £100.

8. Governing Law
